- Design Build installation of induced draft fluid cooler, process piping and controls to support foundry Melt Oven process cooling application on critical equipment. Support engineering and utility financial participation. Work included
- Mechanical and structural design and engineering
- Design and conduct system functional test procedure
- PLC, HMI panel and variable frequency drive manufacturer design and production drawings
- Temporary construction power
- Provide and install fluid cooler seismic anchorage to existing concrete slab
- Provide and install custom induced draft fluid cooler including:
- Supply/return piping tie-ins and isolation valves during a single shutdown
- Control panel design and manufacture
- Electrical services
- Factory start and test
- Commissioning
- Data log new fluid cooler operation to support SNOPUD incentives
